Looking Ahead at 2025...

Hi One and All – Happy New Year! A little late maybe, but the first opportunity to do so….

We enter 2025 full of excitement, optimism and determination to make it as successful and fulfilling as 2024.

The challenges facing us in the market started to develop last year regarding dynamics and supply chains and we expect them to remain in place for the foreseeable future.

Products are more abundant, supply chains free-flowing and inflation under some level of control creating a very competitive landscape…. We certainly acknowledge that the balance has shifted back to a more centralised position between buyer and seller.

We also acknowledge that this position is the best for buyers and sellers to create long term, trusted partnerships where we all prosper – a key component of the Healy vision!

Our goals for 2025 are to continue to strengthen our partnership with all our stakeholders in the areas of innovation, service, ESG stewardship, competitive pricing, technical support and all the other good stuff on the list – and we plan to do it with a smile on faces, because we are all having fun.

Maybe the last bit is the biggest stretch, but it doesn’t hurt to try
